The Port Ludlow Golf Course is a 27-hole championship layout, comprised of three 9-hole courses, Tide, Timber and Trail. Tide is named for its many water features, Timber is named after the dense forest through which it is routed, and Trail is aptly named because it reaches to many of the highest points on the course, thus producing some of the most stunning views in all of golf. Designed by the legendary golf course architect, Robert Muir Graves, the course complements the natural landscape staying in harmony with the natural environment. Port Ludlow is one of only 200 courses in the country that is certified with Audubon International, achieving status as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary." Recent upgrades to the course have been focused on opening up views encroached by 30 years of natural growth, adding additional bunkers and restoring many to their original design. Also, irrigation and drainage upgrades to compliment our award-winning landscaping, with the goal to provide 27 holes of awe-inspiring and incomparable sensual vistas. The golfer's goal will be to keep their eye on the ball.

Port Ludlow is in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mountains thus benefiting the area by receiving about half as much rain as Seattle and having a more temperate climate. As well as receiving less rain, Port Ludlow offers players many of the resort amenities. What was once a sleepy shipbuilding and logging town, Historic Port Ludlow has grown into a thriving 4-star resort community. A waterside New England style Inn with 37 well-appointed guestrooms, a beachfront house and loft that sleeps 6-8, condiminium accommodations, 300 slip marina for guest and permanent moorage, a seaplane tie-up area, kayak and bike rentals, marina store, restaurants, in-room spa treatments, just to name a few... all of this just a ferry ride and short drive from Seattle. Our golfers and visitors come to Port Ludlow to escape the traffic jams, the fast pace of the city, and the daily grind... and to spot a few deer or Blue Heron. Our guests find that Port Ludlow has a way of innocently providing a calm, serene and stunning experience... and that is why they choose to come back time and again. Facts:
