Seattle is synonymous with sports.  From professional baseball to amateur lacrosse, we have something to see and do every day of the week.

Seattle is home to four major professional teams: the Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Storm, and the Seattle Sounders FC.

The Puget Sound region also plays host to other professional and semi-professional teams, like the Washington Stealth, Seattle Thunderbirds, Everett Silvertips, Seattle Majestics, and many more.

Playing host to big events is something Seattle does best.  Seafair and the Rock 'N' Roll Seattle Marathon and 1/2 Marathon draw thousands.  The Boeing Classic takes place every August up at TPC Snoqualmie Ridge and has raised millions of dollars for charity. 

Don't forget about youth sports and adult recreation.  Every year the SUBWAY® Washington Games puts on over 25 sports to encourage the young and old to get out and get active.
